Section3 is the only bedroom on the first floor with a sliding door wall for an entrance (good for older guests). It also features blackout blinds and drapes for daytime napping or watching HDTV movies. The plus room is a finished garage with pictures, trim, drapes and carpeting on the floor, 24x14, great place for air mattresses and sleeping bags.
