Deposit
    A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to make reservations. 

Security Deposit
    Your $500.00 deposit is also used as a security deposit. It will be refunded after your stay provided there are no damages to the property.  We expect normal wear and tear even broken glasses and dishes as long as it's accidental.

Payment
    Preferred payment methods include cash and check. Visa and MasterCard are accepted for an additional 3% charge. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
